Leadership & Background

The company is led by Aamir Ahmad Khan, Founder and CEO, who comes from a family actively involved in the event planning and entertainment industry in the UAE. With years of hands-on experience and a strong understanding of on-site event execution, Aamir has built Hafla Rental around careful planning, clear coordination, and attention to detail.

While other event businesses may use similar names, we operate separately and maintain our own standards, service processes, and communication methods to deliver well-organized events.

How We Operate

We do not operate a physical walk-in office. All bookings and inquiries are handled online via WhatsApp and phone, and services are delivered directly to the event location. Our team plans each setup based on venue requirements, audience type, and schedule to ensure a smooth flow from delivery to completion.
