Yes, a booking is not confirmed until a 50% advance deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event.

Our cancellation policy depends on how close the cancellation is to the event date and the services booked.
1. Cancellation 7 or More Days Prior to the Event Date:
If the event is cancelled 7 days or more before the scheduled event date, 90% to 100% of the total amount paid shall be refunded.
2. Cancellation 2 to 6 Days Prior to the Event Date:
If client cancels the event between 2 and 6 days before the scheduled event date, 80% to 90% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
3. Cancellation 1 Day before the Event Date:
If the event is cancelled 1 day prior to the scheduled event date, 60% to 80% of the total amount paid will be refunded.
4. Cancellation on the Event Date:
If the event is cancelled on the scheduled event date, the refund amount may range from 0% to 60%.
Note: The exact refund percentage depends on the type of services booked and any costs already incurred.

We ensure all products are delivered in proper working condition. However, if you receive a damaged product or if any item, such as a blower or machine, stops working during the event, please inform us immediately on WhatsApp with details. We will arrange a replacement or suitable solution, depending on the issue and availability.

Bouncy Castle

We normally do not provide an attendant with the bouncy castle. However, if required, we can arrange an attendant for you at an additional cost.

Our professional staff delivers and installs the bouncy castle at your location or venue. Installation is already included in the rental price.

Yes, we provide an extension wire with a maximum length of 10 to 12 meters. Please make sure, that the electricity socket is within this range from the location where you want to setup the inflatable.

A standard household power supply is sufficient to operate the blower machine.

Yes, our staff ensures that the bouncy castle is completely clean and ready for use.

The standard inflatable rental duration is up to 10 hours for events in Dubai. While for other emirates, the usage time is up to 8 hours, depending on location and delivery logistics.

Yes, we provide safety mats with all the inflatables. Mats are placed at the entrance and exit areas to help keep children safe when getting on and off.

Yes, the air blower must remain ON to keep the inflatable fully inflated while it is in use. If the inflatable is not being used, you may switch it OFF and turn it on again when play resumes.

Yes, we do. However, if you want to hire a bouncy castle for an event in a building or apartment, please make sure the following conditions are met:
(i) Easy access to the service lift
(ii) Security permission is taken in advance from the building management
(iii) The service lift is large enough to carry the inflatable
(iv) Parking is available close to the service lift

We offer FREE transportation for many areas in Dubai. For some distant locations in Dubai, transportation charges may apply, ranging from AED 40 to AED 85. For other Emirates, charges usually range from AED 85 to AED 475, depending on the location.

Water Slide

The client is responsible for arranging the water and water hose required for the water slide.

The rental cost includes the water slide only. Water arrangement is the client’s responsibility. If a water tap is available, you can fill the pool using a hose. If not, we can arrange a water tanker at an additional cost based on your requirement.

No, it’s not required. You just need to fill the pool once. As kids play and slide, the surface naturally stays slippery.

Installation and setup usually take 25 to 30 minutes, depending on the size of the inflatable and access to the setup area.

We deliver and pick up on the same day, not the next day. If you want to keep the inflatable water slide overnight or for the next day, additional charges apply, depending on the water slide type.

Mascot Costume

Yes, we provide mascots with a performer (entertainer) who entertains guests, poses for photos, and interacts with children to ensure a lively and engaging event.

Yes, just the costume are also available for rent. In this case, you will need to collect and return the mascot or costume at our Dubai location after the event, as per the agreed timing.

We normally book mascots for two hours. During this time, the performer typically appears twice and each appearance lasts around 20 minutes.

The price for face painting service depends on a few factors. For events like birthdays and family gatherings, we offer face painting for AED 500 for 2 hours, which covers face painting for up to 20 children.

We provide female face painters for kids’ events, as this is preferred by most parents, schools, and family gatherings, and helps children feel comfortable during the activity.

One face painter can comfortably manage around 20 children.

A face painter can paint 10 to 12 faces per hour depending on the complexity of the selected designs.
